Terms of delivery
The seller has the right to refuse orders where appropriate.
The orders may be paid in the Nordea Netbank as Nordea e-payment or at Luottokunta payment service with credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Eurocard), debit-card or Visa Electron card. Order's delivered to Finland may also be paid by Klarna invoice (more info) or installment payment with Klarna account (more info)
Purchases made in the webstore may be cancelled within 14 days from purchase. If an order is cancelled all products returned must not be used. To cancel a purchase please contact us, contact information above. We pay refunds to a bank account you have provided.
Delivery in Finland
In Finland orders are delivered to be the nearest post office or Matkahuolto customer service outlet. Delivery price 8 €.
NOTE! We can deliver bikes only by Matkahuolto.
If you want your order to be delivered to yuor home please provide your telephone number. Post will contact you and agree on delivery time. Post will charge their home delivery fee at the time of delivery according to their tariffs (more info).
Delivery elsewhere in the EU area
Orders outside Finland in the EU area are delivered by General Logistics Systems. Orders are delivered directly to the delivery address. Delivery price 35 €, orders over 250 € free of charge.
